Does a preorder guarantee me the item?

 In most cases yes, a pre order is based on the allocated stock from our distributors. Unless there is a significant delay or problems with shipping from manufacturer, a pre order with us gives you a placement against stock we have been promised. Any delays will be communicated via a newsletter to those awaiting items.

 

When am I charged for preorders?

We always take payment at point of purchase. Not when the product is released.

How do I get my preorder on release day?

Depending on the shipping method chosen, we will always try to get things to you for release. Shipments usually arrive with us 2/3 days before launch, so for the best chance at receiving in time for the big day it's advised you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery.
 

Do you send out preorders as they are released or when they are all in stock?

If you have placed an order for items with multiple release dates, we will ship this order once ALL available items are in stock.

What if an item I've included with a preorder is already in stock?

If an item is already in stock, it will be held until the preorder is ready for dispatch. If you'd like to contact us to speed up the process of already available items, we can ship separately at an additional cost.

What shipping provider do you send your Pre orders with?

Same as every other order, we find that Royal Mail offer us the best value and security for your needs. Special Delivery insures products up to a £750 value and Tracked 24/48 services provide up to £150.
