Order Dispatch

Items purchased through the website will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Hagman's Emporium is a small business and as such, cannot always compete with a next day delivery service. We will always strive to get your items to you sooner, but this is dependant on current order volumes.

Free shipping for orders over the value of £50 using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99

Orders using this service usually take 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. Tracked 24 offers tracking information to the delivery point, compensation protection worth £100 and a photo to confirm delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery - £10

Orders using this service offers a guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm from the date of collection. Special Delivery offers full tracking information to the delivery point, compensation protection worth £500, signature on delivery and a photo to confirm receipt. International Shipping

International shipping is available but please note, Hagman's Emporium customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of these deliveries.

If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by Hagman's Emporium in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.

 


Your Right to Cancel

We will accept the cancellation of any order up until the moment the order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy
​

The buyer will be responsible for the postage costs and ensuring all returned items reach us in the same condition they were received in.

 

If you wish to return an order that is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original state you received it in you can return your product to Hagman's Emporium Limited within 14 days from the date of receiving delivery.

 

Once we have received a returned order, we will carry out thorough checks on all products to ensure that the goods are in the same condition as when we dispatched them. Hagman's Emporium Limited has the right to refuse refund should the product not meet this standard.

 

Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days after we have received your items.

 

Please use the contact form on our website to notify us of products being returned. You should include your order number, item descriptions and provide us with information as to why the products are being returned.

 

If you have received a packaged product and the cards/products inside are faulty, Hagman's Emporium Limited are not liable for this and you should contact the manufacturer instead.

 

Items Lost & Misrouted in Transit
 

Please be aware that if your order is lost or misrouted due to an incomplete address from the buyer we reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend or refuse refund if lost. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate complete address.
 

If your order has been lost by the carrier Hagman's Emporium Limited reserve the right to send a replacement rather than refund the order.
 

Please contact us as soon as possible if an order is lost and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue for you.

 

Errors On Orders
 

We pride ourselves on our accuracy but we are only human so in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong items in your order you are required to notify us within 3 working days and we will rectify the mistake.
 

If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving your order, you are deemed to have accepted the goods that have been received as correct.
